- Scrub using downward motion while cleansing
- Squint your eyes
- Scrub the face too harshly
- Put your hand between chin, cheek or pillow while sleeping
Facial exercises for reducing lines around lips
These lines around lips are cause due to habitual expressions. Try these exercises regularly.
- First say “cheese” with mouth closed for 2 seconds and stretch it as much as can
- Next poker your face to let the lips touch nose for two seconds.
- Then again step for 2 seconds
- Next make a shape of mouth saying, “GO”, stretching your lips forward and a bit downward.
- Repeat whole cycle for at least 20 times
- Breath in and breath out for every 2 seconds
Facial exercises for forehead
- First make frown expressions and bring eyebrow above the eyes using fingers. Now lift eyebrows with eyes open.
- Now lie on the bed and see the ceiling for some time. Now with open eyes lift the eyebrows. Repeat this for 8-10 times.
- Look straight for few minutes and now wrinkle nose and down the eyebrows, count up to ten. Repeat this activity for about 5-6 times.
Facial exercise for eyes
- Using fingers give gentle pressure to forehead by pressing temple from both sides. It will tone up the muscles of the eyes.
- Sit straight and look up and down. Repeat this for 10 times.
- Now close eyes and lift eyebrows, stretch eyelids upward and downwards. Repeat this cycle for 8-10 times

- To promote hair growth, do hair massage
- Go for throat massage for making your neck beautiful
- To sharpen jaw line, put under-chin slaps
