Essential Skin Nourishing Tips

3 Try mixing different types of grains for different meals.
4 Include green leafy vegetables in your meal, containing anti-oxidants, which helps skin from premature aging.
5 Avoid too much cooking of vegetable.
6 To improve digestion, use various spices like turmeric, ginger, cumin, coriander etc.
7 Take complete rest everyday; take a sleep of at least 8 hours daily, which is very important for skin to absorb all the nourishment.
