First of all, I am 5 feet and 4 inches tall, and I weigh 100 pounds. For our age and height, we should actually weigh around 110 and 115 pounds. However, i just have a high metabolism. My suggestion to you is to not worry about how much you weigh. What you need to be concerned about it how healthy you are. I think one of the best things you can do is to find an exercise routine you like or do something active everyday like walking or riding your bike. Secondly, you should not diet, just eat healthier. When I was in high school I was worried about my stomach as well, but you really shouldn't worry. judging by your height and weight, you just need to make sure you are eating enough. I eat through out the day...nuts, fruits, meats, grains....just stick to the basic food groups. Junk food should be the things you eat the least. I cut out soft drinks and just stuck to milk, water, tea, and juices. However, it's not bad to have one seldom. If you want to have a more tone stomach, simply do some normal exercises and crunches or sit- ups. You don't need to tell people you are going on a diet, but if you are doing this to lose weight, then I would suggest you do this for the sake of being healthy. An exercise I like to do requires you to lay on your back. Put your feet off the ground and raise them up...it should look like you are sitting in a chair laying down. Then, put your hands behind your head and do a simple crunch. As you do the crunch. turn to one side so that your elbow is touching the ground. At the same time you need to bring the knee that is on the same side you are turning, "in"..now extend your other leg also at the same time. Return to a resting position and do the same thing with the other side. You will see results quickly if you do anywhere between 15 and 25 a day. Also, do not do these quick..for better results, concentrate on breathing and do them slow..no rush! You should do stomach exercises everyday. Like some people have already mentioned, a lot of things can cause an irregular period. if you are not sick and are healthy, you should not worry. if you have stress in your life, or if you have become inactive, this will definitely cause a change in regularity. he best thing to do is to concentrate of your diet (focus on eating "regularly" and "healthy"). Also, if you are stressed, find something that makes you happy or give up on the things that are making you stressed. Since I do not have all the details, this is all the advice I can give. I know this is a late answer for you, but something that is great for your skin, especially to get rid of acne, is honey. Yes, honey! Honey is naturally anti bacterial, which makes it a great face mask and/or scrub for softer clearer skin. Take just enough honey on a small plate or in a cup, then add a tiny bit of mile (don't drown teh honey, just make it consistent) then heat this in the microwave for just 8-15 seconds. if it is too hot, wait for it too cool, then apply it all over you face (dry, do not wash before) and leave it on for about 15 minutes, then rince off with warm, not hot, water. Honey, I was a late bloomer my self. While everyone was in b and c cups, I was just starting to develop. Let me tell you, I caught up and and so will you. You should not worry about them growing faster. Just love the way you look now because they will never be this small again. As for the stretch marks, it's normal. If you want to feel better about it, make sure you put lotion on them everyday, as well as the rest of your body and eat a healthy balanced diet...lots of fruits and veggies. if you do that, they will not be as noticeable and most likely, they will fade away. Please do not worry about your breast size because while you may feel bad now, your time will come when they suddenly appear! Enjoy them as they are and love your body. |

Take apple cider vinegar( 2/3 cup) and mix it in a cup with warm water. bring it into the shower with you. After you shampoo and rinse, apply this to your hair and massage your scalp with it. Then rinse the apple cider out and condition your hair as normal. Apple Cider Vinegar stimulates hair growth process. I am trying to grow my hair out as well, so good luck! |

Don't knwo if you still need an answer to this question, but keep using lotions everyday. This is very important for your skin overall. There is an oil out called bio-oil (http://www.bio-oil.com/) it is suppose to help with strech marks. there is no cure for stretch marks, but it is said to reduce the appearance of them which is the best you can hope for. I have stretch marks from grwoth spurts as a teen and I have noticed them fading with the regular use of lotions and this oil. hope this works for you! |

I really don't know what is coming out of her nipples if she is not pregnant, but i sugest you do research on it because it may be a serious problem that needs to get fixed. As far as teh pleasuring part goes, ask her what she likes, and don't laugh if something sounds weird to you.
